Crypto escrow
Escrow is a separate financial product from store orders and seller balance top-ups. Fees are chosen from admin-configured tiers and snapshotted when the escrow is created.
Lifecycle
CREATED → FUNDED → IN_PROGRESS → DELIVERED → RELEASED
Disputes move to DISPUTED / UNDER_REVIEW, then admin release to seller or refund to buyer.
What buyers and sellers see
- Escrow amount — principal held
- Escrow fee — platform fee (snapshotted)
- Buyer total — amount + fee
- Seller payout — principal after release
