By accessing RentedMall websites or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

RentedMall provides software for creating and operating digital-product stores, including related payments, delivery, and integrations as enabled for your account.

Accounts

You are responsible for account credentials, accurate information, and activity under your organization and stores.

Acceptable use

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. We may suspend accounts that create security, fraud, or abuse risk.

Fees

Seller subscription fees, gateway fees, and escrow fees are described in Pricing and Payment Terms. Customer store-order payments are separate from platform billing.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is expressly stated in a signed agreement.
